Job Summary
Client Service Executive role in London (6-month FTC) focused on client-facing service and relationship management across the client lifecycle. Responsibilities include acting as main liaison for client administration, onboarding and transfer processes, processing client payments and amendments, preparing client summaries/welcome letters, supporting quarterly portfolio valuations, ensuring adherence to operating model and KPI benchmarks, and collaborating with investment, operations and administration teams. Desirable qualifications include Investment Operations Certificate and GCSEs in English and Maths; experience in a similar financial services administration capacity and progression from CSA or equivalent experience. The role involves estate/deceased/probate work and delivering high-quality client service within a wealth management context.
