Job Summary
Processing options expirations on various exchanges, reconciling option expirations against exchange results, and sending timely client notifications; reporting deliverable futures positions to exchanges; assisting with delivery-related tasks including submitting delivery intentions; handling Commodity Electronic Warrants requests (load outs, cancellations, or sales); role located in Chicago, IL, with a full-time in-office schedule (Mon-Fri, 11:30am-8:30pm). Responsibilities emphasize accurate client communication, compliance, and collaboration within the Americas Deliveries Team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with futures and options functions, including options expirations, deliveries, and position reporting
- Familiarity with exchange interface functions and processes
- Proficiency in GMI, with knowledge of contract codes and processing programs
- Basic understanding of Excel and Word for effective data management and reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
