Job Summary
Client Service Coordinator at Firehouse Animal Health Centers in Austin coordinates patient care and client service to drive hospital flow. Responsibilities include scheduling/confirming appointments, surgeries, and procedures; registering new clients and checking in/out; preparing next-day documents; following up; handling client prescriptions; mailing greeting cards; answering multiple phone lines and professional emails; maintaining medical records; preparing scans and referral reports; ensuring hospital cleanliness; assisting on weekends with resort operations; and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Required skills include excellent communication, relationship-building, technology comfort (AVImark helpful), compassion for animals and people, high energy, fast learning, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and strong teamwork. Salary: $15–$23 per hour (annualized to $31,200–$47,840). Location is Austin, TX (US); on-site role with hospital hours and potential exposure to noise, bites, and chemicals. Required Qualifications
