Job Summary
Coordinate security services between clients, field teams, and subcontractors; act as the primary client contact to manage service requests, inquiries, and escalations; monitor performance, ensure contractual obligations and compliance; schedule dispatches, maintain calendars, and prepare regular service reports; assist with onboarding of new clients and collaborate with sales/operations to meet client needs; stay updated on industry trends and regulations; on-site role with occasional evenings/weekends and travel; requires strong organization, multitasking, and excellent communication; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
