Job Summary
The Client Service Coordinator will support the wealth investment and retirement planning team by facilitating client communications and enrollment processes. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and prior experience in a client-facing financial role.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business or finance
- Three or more years’ experience in a client and/or account role in the financial or investment industry
- Familiarity with financial and wealth planning software platforms (e.g., eMoney, A360, and Monday.com)
