Job Summary

The Client Service Coordinator will support the wealth investment and retirement planning team by facilitating client communications and enrollment processes. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and prior experience in a client-facing financial role.

Required Qualifications

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business or finance
  • Three or more years’ experience in a client and/or account role in the financial or investment industry
  • Familiarity with financial and wealth planning software platforms (e.g., eMoney, A360, and Monday.com)
