Job Summary

Collaborate with clients on a claim-by-claim basis to build rapport, identify barriers, and strategize the best way to move forward. Leverage Worker's Compensation and Transition2Work program knowledge to strengthen relationships with all stakeholders while partnering directly with service and sales departments as a communication conduit. Ensure compliance with Jurisdictional guidelines and Client Preferences, proactively anticipate client needs to provide answers to unasked questions, and correct process breakdowns before they impact the injured worker. Discuss concerns or issues regarding the claim with proposed solutions directly with the client when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of assigned files in CRM and manage a predetermined caseload. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients during the life of the claim at ReEmployAbility, the nation's largest provider of specialty return-to-work services.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships
  • The ability to work and comply with all EEOC rules collaboratively, respectfully and to accept constructive criticism from management with dignity and respect
  • Successfully pass background check
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or relevant experience in lieu of education
  • 2 years providing exceptional customer service

  • Knowledge of the workers' compensation industry, preferred
