Job Summary

Client Services Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, greeting them professionally and directing inquiries. Responsibilities include managing calls, emails, mail, maintaining a professional reception area, tracking office supplies, processing Property & Casualty client payments and policy changes, retrieving policy/renewal documents from carrier websites, supporting Employee Benefits operations with renewal proposals and open enrollment materials, and assisting with administrative projects in a fast-paced office environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Experience in a corporate or professional office environment preferred
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
