Job Summary
Greet clients and visitors, promptly with a smile, portray a positive attitude, and assist with all reasonable requests; answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, provide accurate information, and direct calls to staff; accurately enter client transactions with correct service/product codes; actively manage scheduling including advance booking, wait times, and appointment confirmations; support the styling team by assisting with scheduling, documentation, communicating appointment changes, and retail/service add-ons; perform other reasonable duties as assigned; role emphasizes client interaction, scheduling, administrative tasks, and a supportive front-desk function within HairClub.
Required Qualifications
- At least one (1) year previous high-paced guest service experience
- Point of sale system or other business software experience
- Communicate professionally and timely with all persons in the Company
- Utilize superior organizational and time management skills
- Able to work under time constraints and pressure
- Work independently and self-motivated
- Professional image
