Job Summary
Schedule bulk telephone consultations for client service teams and manage multiple organization requests while coordinating with advisors and clients to confirm appointments. Leave messages, follow up to expedite scheduling, and maintain an updated status of all telephone consultations. Qualify advisors via questionnaire to confirm suitability and follow multiple work streams to help project managers organize client requests and track progress. Assist with ad-hoc requests and ensure timely responses. This hybrid role requires one day per week in the Phoenix office.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous work experience dealing in a high call volume environment
- AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools to support research, organization, prioritization, and written communication
- Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully and responsibly, with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, data quality, and human judgment
- Curiosity about emerging technology and a willingness to continue building skills with new tools that improve productivity and client service
- Work authorization required
- Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
- Strong aptitude for developing systems of organization
- Excellent time management skills and able to multi-task
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Excellent sense of urgency and responsiveness
- This is a hybrid position out of our Phoenix office, requiring a minimum of one day per week in the office
