Job Summary
Front Bar Receptionist responsibilities include creating a welcoming guest experience, maintaining high standards of customer service, meeting or exceeding sales goals, explaining and recommending FACE FOUNDRIÉ products, assisting with in-store operations and inventory, ensuring store cleanliness and safety compliance, and adhering to timekeeping procedures. Requires guest service experience, some sales/marketing exposure, and esthetic-student preference; availability for days, evenings, and weekends; education at the high-school level or equivalent. Location is Woodbury, MN with involvement across FACE FOUNDRIÉ locations, and roles may be full-time or part-time.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year guest service experience
- Sales and marketing experience
- Salon experience preferred
- Current Esthetic Students preferred
