Job Summary
The Client Service Coordinator serves as the liaison between customers and warehouse operators, ensuring accurate communication regarding shipment arrangements. The role involves managing inbound and outbound logistics, overseeing documents, and maintaining inventory accuracy in the Warehouse Management System. Responsibilities include responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, arranging trucking for containers, inputting data for monthly billing, and ensuring office areas are maintained. Successful candidates must possess a minimum GCE ‘O’ level or NITEC in a relevant discipline, with a strong focus on customer service and warehouse operations, along with the ability to work under pressure.
