Job Summary
Client Services Coordinator provides primary contact point between the firm and clients, coordinating client projects, supporting client-facing workflows, maintaining organized documentation, and assisting with office operations. Responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling and confirming appointments, routing calls, mail and package handling, ensuring project setup and electronic filing follow firm processes, maintaining client and project records, notifying clients of balances and assisting with payments, obtaining required documentation, maintaining a professional image, supporting office spaces, coordinating supplies and meals, and assisting with special projects and overtime when needed. Required skills include strong verbal and written communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, customer service orientation, ability to manage multiple priorities, discretion with sensitive information, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred education and experience include associate or bachelor’s degree and at least three years in a professional office environment providing customer or client services.
