Client Service Coordinator

As a Veterinary Receptionist at BluePearl Pet Hospital, you are the first BluePearl Associate the client sees and you greet clients, assess needs, and coordinate appointments with a compassionate, calm demeanor. You will provide emotional support to grieving clients, serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during handling of pet remains, and communicate clearly with clients by phone and in person while supporting the hospital team in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes patient and client care, courtesy, and collaboration within a veterinary team, with opportunities for growth and development through the hospital’s programs and continuing education offerings.
