Job Summary
Provide front-desk and administrative support in Banfield Pet Hospitals. The Client Service Coordinator drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, supports the veterinary team’s productivity, ensures clear communication with clients, educates clients about pet health and Wellness Plans, completes necessary documentation, schedules appointments, processes invoices, dispenses prescription items, and assists with retail product sales in a welcoming, efficient manner. The role requires strong client service, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with emphasis on delivering excellent service and promoting Optimum Wellness Plans to clients.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- One year of related experience with customer service preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks for long periods; comfortable around pets
