Job Summary
Coordinate client flow and pet care at Banfield Pet Hospitals, driving hospital productivity and delivering professional, efficient client service. Engage clients about wellness plans and hospital services, educate on pet health, complete required documentation, manage invoices and scheduling, and support a welcoming hospital environment to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Strong English communication, organizational, problem-solving, and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are expected, along with the ability to multi-task in a busy veterinary setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
