Client Service Coordinator

Coordinate the flow of clients and pets through Banfield’s hospital, promote veterinary services, educate clients on pet health and wellness plans, and manage scheduling, invoicing, prescription dispensing, and retail product sales. Drive a welcoming, efficient client experience and support the veterinary team to maximize productivity and client/pet care, while handling administrative duties and maintaining accurate records. Emphasizes professional, efficient service and adherence to the hospital’s Five Principles of Mars, Inc. to foster client retention and referrals.
