Job Summary
Drive client and pet flow through Banfield Pet Hospital; promote hospital services and wellness plans; educate clients about pet health; complete required documentation, enter pet information, and manage scheduling, invoicing, and retail product sales; maintain accurate records and provide professional, efficient service. Demonstrates strong English communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; prefers high school diploma or equivalent. Focuses on welcoming clients and pets, educating them about health needs, and supporting a productive veterinary team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience: One year related experience preferred with customer service
- Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography (x-ray) and exposure to radioactive substances
