Job Summary
The Client Service Coordinator drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes the productivity of the veterinary medical team, ensures good communication with associates and clients, and coordinates the care of clients and pets in a happy, welcoming, friendly and efficient manner. It involves actively recruiting new clients by promoting hospital services, educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care, completing required documentation and managing client interactions to ensure prompt service and satisfaction, while supporting efficient operations and accurate record-keeping in a fast-paced veterinary setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of related experience required with customer service preferred
