Job Summary
Conduct client service for Auto and Property insurance by identifying needs, responding to cross-channel leads, and applying underwriting guidelines within binding authority. Attract new business, meet sales targets, and provide exceptional care by resolving complaints, negotiating cancellations, and upselling product lines. Maintain client retention through effective communication and referrals while supporting agency/call centre operations. This role serves primarily non-French speaking clients and requires English proficiency; French is essential for servicing francophone clients in Quebec locations.
Required Qualifications
- French is required
- English is an asset
- Secondary 5 only
- Proficiency in French
- Personal lines Damage Insurance Licence delivered by l'Autorité des marchés financiers du Québec (AMF)
- Background check
