Job Summary
The Client Service Associate provides administrative, operational, and client service support for Branson Wealth Advisors with Branson Bank, helping the Financial Advisor stay organized and responsive to client needs. Responsibilities include supporting client communication by phone, email, and in person; maintaining accurate client files and compliance documentation; tracking prospects and referrals within Ameriprise systems and referral tools; processing account paperwork and service requests through the Ameriprise network; participating in onboarding and licensing progression milestones; and maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail. The role involves calendar management, coordinating meetings, routing questions, updating CRM with prospect and referral notes, and balancing accuracy with responsiveness while supporting onboarding progress. Required traits include professionalism, dependability, service-mindedness, integrity, strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn Ameriprise systems in a fast-paced environment.
