Job Summary
Client Service Associate at White Pine Wealth Management delivers white-glove client service by working directly with clients and coordinating with the service team and advisors. Responsibilities include onboarding new client relationships (collecting data, processing new account paperwork, maintaining client records in CRM), handling account maintenance requests (beneficiary changes, address updates, online access, account re-titles), processing money movements (journals, wire transfers, ACH transfers, check requests), and communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person. Requires strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills, ethics, reliability, and ability to handle confidential financial information. Proficiency with Salesforce, DocuSign, Microsoft Office, and Fidelity custodial platform is preferred; familiarity with industry rules and regulations and firm policies is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Experience collecting information, processing forms, and maintaining accurate data
- Confidence in handling phone calls and speaking to clients
- Interpersonal and client service skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Eagerness to work in a growing practice and fast-paced environment
- Preferred: 2+ years of industry experience
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), DocuSign, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, OneNote), and custodial platform (Fidelity)
