Job Summary
Provide administrative and operational support to Wealth Advisors and the BEWS team to ensure timely, accurate client service. Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and documentation while supporting account administration activities like new account setup and service item processing. Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems, coordinate internal workflows, and escalate issues appropriately. Interact with clients via phone and email, manage document retention and compliance filings, and collaborate with Advisors and Operations staff. Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in training to build knowledge of wealth management operations. Maintain firm confidentiality and follow policies outlined in the Associate Handbook.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education or relevant experience may be considered
- Demonstrated interest in financial services, wealth management, or professional services
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- General experience using Microsoft Office software applications and ability to learn firm-supported technology platforms
- Ability to work accurately with detailed information while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Basic understanding of client service principles and professional standards expected in a regulated environment
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients, Advisors, and team members
- Commitment to learning firm services, systems, and processes and to ongoing professional development
