Job Summary
Prepare client profiles, schedule kick-off calls, and collect key documents for new client onboarding. Maintain the master calendar of client deliverables and schedule upcoming activities including committee meetings and annual reviews. Assist advisors with quotes, applications, implementation, and servicing of life, disability, and long-term care policies. Create agendas, handouts, and reports for client meetings while ensuring meeting notes are filed and action items are assigned. Support the invoicing process, track key metrics for client annual report cards, and generate internal reports. Keep client contact information up to date, coordinate with third-party vendors, and maintain the Client Service Manual. Work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- Retirement plan designation through the National Association of Plan Sponsors (NAPA) or ability to obtain a designation after hire
- Experience in a client service administrative role
- Passion for client service
- Financial services / retirement plans experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, assignments and tasks in a timely fashion by prioritizing and organizing daily work activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience utilizing CRM systems and project management tools
- Superior organizational, planning and time management skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication, listening and thinking skills
- Ability to take the initiative to ask questions, recommend changes and improve operational efficiency
- Proven ability to work in a fast pace client service environment
