Job Summary
Client Service Associate in Wealth Management supporting the Wealth Advisor and advisory team by onboarding/offboarding clients and accounts, maintaining client relationships, processing new and existing accounts, and providing ongoing access to online systems. Responsibilities include updating CRM and financial systems, handling client questions about account status, preparing and attending client meetings, ensuring regulatory compliance (SEC rules), understanding account types and settlements, and assisting with scheduling, communications, and documentation. Requires strong client service, communication, and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of various account types (Roth, IRA, NQ, Trust, TODs). Series 65 license is expected within 30-60 days after hire.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Associate's, Bachelor's Degree in Finance, or Business Administration a plus
- 1+ year in Finance, Banking, Tax, or Accounting; Customer service experience preferred
- Series 65 License achieved within 30-60 days after hire
