Job Summary
Client Service Associate role performing heavy customer interface by telephone, electronically or face to face; respond to customer inquiries; resolve complaints; obtain and evaluate information to handle inquiries and complaints; provide prompt, courteous service to all external and internal customers; assist with special projects; direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resources; manage customers' accounts; keep records of inquiries, comments and actions; communicate and coordinate with internal departments; follow up on customer interactions; requires strong customer service, problem-solving, IT knowledge or aptitude, listening and written/oral communication, organizational skills, confidentiality and teamwork.
