Job Summary
Client Service Associate at RemoteLink Solutions to support independent financial advisors with administrative duties and client relations. Responsibilities include preparing advisor meeting materials, investment account paperwork, and asset transfers; conducting portfolio administration and client data management in CRM; handling client inquiries, scheduling client reviews, and providing proactive communication to Advisors. Must maintain compliance with FINRA/SEC guidelines, perform general clerical duties, and demonstrate outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Qualifications emphasize an Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience; financial services experience is a plus. Compensation starts at $19.50/hour with scheduled increases and a potential hybrid schedule after 6 months; located in San Diego, CA with hybrid work arrangement.
