Job Summary
Client Service Associate responsible for back-office support within a wealth-management service center. Duties include creating and maintaining client records in Redtail CRM, handling changes to client information, preparing and submitting paperwork, obtaining signatures, tracking applications, coordinating rollovers, monitoring account alerts, resolving issues with incomplete items, processing client fund transfers (wires, ACHs, checks, internal transfers), assisting with retirement distributions, and communicating with broker/dealer and vendors. Candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, customer-service driven, and capable of learning new technology; willing to train for wealth-management concepts. Works with 12 senior advisors and supports over $1B in assets under management; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong communication and confidentiality skills; may interact with clients occasionally to verify information. Based in Brookfield, WI with on-site responsibilities; no relocation stated.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a professional office or administrative setting
- experience in financial services preferred
