Job Summary
Client Service Associate to provide shared client service support to multiple Financial Advisors in Wealth Management; responsibilities include addressing client service needs, educating clients on banking offerings, ensuring timely and accurate client materials, supporting operational excellence and risk management, deepening client relationships, and covering team activities during absences or peak periods; required to be the primary point of contact for clients within the Merrill office and to align practices with bank policies while promoting banking offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a client servicing operations capacity or in the banking/ financial industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (desired)
- Knowledge of investment and banking products, policies and procedures (desired)
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and evolving job expectations
