Job Summary
Review and analyze client research requests to identify relevant subject matter experts across geographies and industries. Utilize phone, LinkedIn, and outreach to recruit new Advisors to the Guidepoint network, screening candidates for project suitability and creating professional profiles. Collaborate with Project Managers and Research Managers to build strong relationships with internal teams and external Advisors while delivering critical insights to global clients. This role operates in a 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM IST shift with a potential transition to a hybrid model in Mumbai or Gurugram.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- strong academic record
- Fluency in English
- Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels
- Desire to work in a sourcing/lead generation type role
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interest in international collaboration
- 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM IST shift
- Hybrid work model (Mumbai/Gurugram-based) with a few days in the office each week
