Job Summary
Answer inbound client calls and resolve fund-related inquiries via phone and the Russell website. Generate client-ready proposals and reports for sales teams while coordinating account openings, maintenance, and closures for Russell Personalized Managed Accounts. Support the sales and operations functions by creating performance reports, fulfilling client requests, and ensuring all interactions are documented in the CRM. Act as a subject matter expert to assist with product rollouts and escalate complex issues to regional teams when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 & 65 (or 66) licenses preferred
- One or more years of client service and financial industry experience, including experience in an operations-based financial environment
- Mutual fund experience is preferred
- Superior telephone answering skills, including a high comfort level with working with customers to resolve issues over the telephone
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Demonstrated outstanding client service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to follow written procedures
- Capacity to establish and manage a process under deadlines
- Time management and organizational skills; managing multiple responsibilities and changing priorities
- Demonstrated proficient analytical and technical skills- working with various software products
- Demonstrated project management/participation skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
