Client Services Associate responsible for delivering an exceptional after-sales experience in the boutique, with a primary focus on repair services and client care; manage KYC/AML screening and related documentation, collaborate with management and sales teams to ensure a seamless client journey, and maintain accurate records and timely communication regarding repairs, costs, timelines, and follow-up with clients. Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency in client communications in Thai and English, with experience in luxury retail and SAP/office software.
