Job Summary
Oversee client services administration by contacting clients for account reviews, assisting with non-trade requests, and processing administrative account changes. Act as a liaison between clients and investment advisors to schedule reviews, prepare materials, and submit new client paperwork. Maintain client records across databases, respond to emails and calls, and document meeting notes while supporting advisors with prospect preparation. Monitor office supplies and inventory, providing coverage for other employees as needed. Ensure high client satisfaction through accuracy and professionalism while contributing to team meetings and shared goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Some college (no degree)
- Prior experience in a customer support role at a financial institution preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented self-starter
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Significant skill in handling competing demands and projects
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage responsibility
- Must be thorough, detail-oriented, and capable of working with confidential information
- Ability to function independently with minimal supervision
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience
