Job Summary
The Client Service Associate handles accurate, efficient over-the-counter processing of deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances, and other transactions in line with bank standards. Responsibilities include end-of-day and start-of-day banking activities, delivering appropriate customer service (including promoting bank products/services), compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and performing additional duties as needed. Essential skills include clear and effective communication, adherence to procedures, and a customer-focused approach to support branch operations in Tuguegarao.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
- at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Willing to work onsite in SM City Tuguegarao
