Job Summary
Client Service Associate responsible for accurate, efficient processing of over-the-counter banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances) in line with bank standards; provides customer service, promotes bank products/services, ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; performs start/end of day activities and other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
- Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
- Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
- Willign to work onsite in Pasay Area
