Client Service Associate

Client Service Associate provides exceptional service to clients and supports Financial Advisor(s)/Private Wealth Advisor(s) (FAs/PWAs) and teams. Duties include executing money movement transactions, answering general non-investment questions about client accounts (including relaying stock positions and account balances), entering profile information or pre-filling documents, educating clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization), supporting marketing activities, enabling the team to deliver against its business plan, staying current on policies and platforms, and handling administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel itineraries, and expense reporting. Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a client-first mindset; willingness to obtain required securities licenses.
