Job Summary
Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley provides dedicated client support to Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors and teams. Responsibilities include handling client money-movement requests, addressing general non-investment questions, updating/entering profile information, educating clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization), supporting marketing efforts, assisting with calendar/scheduling, travel itineraries, and in-office administrative tasks. Requires strong writing and interpersonal skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a high school diploma or equivalent; willingness to obtain securities licenses (Series 7/66 or 63/65 as applicable). Reports to the Business Service Officer and participates in training and firm initiatives. Expected base pay range is $35,360 to $90,000 per year, with potential for commissions and bonuses. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
