Job Summary
Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley supporting Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors. Responsibilities include client support, money movement, handling non-investment inquiries, updating profile/documents, educating clients on digital tools, supporting marketing efforts, scheduling and calendar management, travel/utilities like expense reports, and general in-office administrative duties. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- College degree preferred
- Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
- Knowledge/Skills: Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills
- Strong time management skills
- Team player with ability to collaborate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus
