Job Summary
Client Service Associate supports Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors by providing client coverage, handling money-movement requests, answering non-investment questions about accounts, and assisting with profile entry and documentation. The role includes educating or enrolling clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization), supporting marketing efforts, delivering against business plans, and maintaining familiarity with policies and new platforms. Administrative duties include inbound/outbound calls, calendar management, travel and expense processing, and general in-office support. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills are required, with willingness to pursue licensing such as Series 7/66 or Series 63/65 as appropriate. Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/Equivalency; College degree preferred
- Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
- Strong written, interpersonal and client service skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
