Job Summary

Client Service Associate supporting Financial Advisor/Private Wealth Advisor teams with day-to-day client interactions, money movement transactions, account onboarding/maintenance, enrollment in digital tools, and clerical support. Responsibilities include providing non-investment account information, documenting client profiles, assisting with website maintenance and marketing efforts, handling inbound/outbound calls, scheduling, calendar and travel logistics, and delivering strong interpersonal and writing skills to maintain trusted client relationships. Requires familiarity with financial products (equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, managed accounts) and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; a college degree is preferred and licensing such as Series 7/66/63/65 is expected for the role.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/Equivalency
  • Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
