Job Summary
Build and maintain client relationships to drive retention, managing the new client implementation process and coordinating activities with team members. Maintain client paper and electronic files, compile quarterly asset values for billing, journals, transfers, and fee collections, and handle day-to-day administrative duties including appointment scheduling, accounts payable, and receivables. Review job scope activities for controls to prevent errors, fraud, and misstatements of financial results while identifying value-added services for clients. Participate in learning opportunities through meetings and internal compliance resources.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Strong PC proficiency with MS Office Suite
- CRM (Salesforce, Redtail, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain the necessary attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to work in a team environment

- Financial services experience
- Applicable internship experience
- Wealth management experience
- Experience with eMoney
