Client Service Associate processes over-the-counter banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, remittances, payments, and foreign exchange) in line with bank standards; provides prompt, accurate service to clients, may promote and offer bank products, ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; role involves start and end of day activities, delivering quality customer service, and handling miscellaneous duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
- Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
- Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
- Willing to work onsite in Manila Central Area
