Job Summary
Client Service Associate for JP Morgan Chase Commercial Bank with primary responsibility as the designated point of contact for an assigned portfolio of corporate clients. Lead client relationships autonomously, resolve complex client requests, collaborate with Service Operations, Sales partners, and Bankers across the globe, and drive client satisfaction through proactive relationship management. Engage in annual relationship reviews to assess risks and opportunities, discuss client trends with internal partners, participate in deal team meetings for new products, identify opportunities to leverage digital self-service tools, and support clients with treasury and cash management solutions. Travel up to 10% to visit clients and internal partners. Final job grade and officer title determined at offer time; role is not eligible for employer immigration sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Business Administration Degree
