Job Summary
Client Service Associate for JP Morgan Chase's Commercial Bank: serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned client portfolio, resolving client requests and delivering solutions while building long-term relationships with high-level executives. Manage relationships autonomously, collaborate with Service Operations, Sales partners, and Bankers across the globe, and communicate via Zoom, email, and phone to meet clients' needs. Responsibilities include delivering solutions in line with JPMorgan Chase standards, conducting relationship reviews, identifying opportunities for product/services, and supporting adoption of digital tools and self-service options. Requires 3+ years of client-facing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of Treasury Services and/or Custom Card products preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree. Travel up to 10% to visit clients and internal partners. Role is not eligible for employer immigration sponsorship.
