Job Summary
Be a trusted advisor to Commercial Bank clients by managing assigned portfolios and serving as the primary contact for high-impact relationships. Resolve client requests in collaboration with Service Operations, Sales partners, and Bankers across the United States and globally, using Zoom, email, and phone to deliver JPMorgan Chase’s standard of service. Lead your client book autonomously, develop long-term relationships, solicit feedback to improve service, conduct annual relationship reviews to assess risk and fraud exposure, discuss client trends with internal partners to tailor solutions, participate in deal team meetings when new products are introduced, and advocate for products and services based on knowledge of client behaviors. Stay informed about existing and upcoming technologies to support client consultations and explore self-service digital tools. Travel up to 10% to visit clients and internal partners. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of client-facing experience; proficient in Google G Suites and Microsoft Office; salary details not disclosed in posting. Required Qualifications
