Client Service Associate supporting Wealth Advisors and clients, coordinating review meetings, responding to inquiries, maintaining client data in CRM and document systems, supporting onboarding and onboarding accuracy, organizing documentation, researching and resolving client service issues, and collaborating with CSA Lead, Wealth Advisors, and Financial Planners to deliver a high-quality, client-centered experience. The role emphasizes client-first service, proactive communication, attention to detail, teamwork, compliance, and the ability to manage multiple systems and processes in a fast-paced financial-services environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in a client service role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and processes
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
