Job Summary
Provide superior client service in Securities Services Custody, delivering access to global markets for settlements, safekeeping, and asset servicing, plus ancillary services such as foreign exchange, collateral, and derivatives lifecycle management. Collaborate with global teams and technology to identify enhancements, manage client expectations, and drive process improvements. Serve institutional clients (asset managers, asset owners, banks, hedge funds) with issue resolution, root-cause analysis to improve straight-through processing, and proactive initiative leadership. Maintain control-focused operations, adapt to fast-paced environments, and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver unparalleled client experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of financial markets, trade lifecycle, and settlement practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath, OwlDQ)
- Strategic thinker with practical execution skills
- Ability to manage through change and deliver results independently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
