Job Summary
Client Service Associate II in Corporate Action within Securities Services Custody Middle Office delivers best-in-class client service for settlement, safekeeping, and asset servicing of securities. Responsibilities include managing Global Custody Corporate Actions, client instruction handling, reconciliation, issue resolution, root-cause analysis to improve straight-through processing, collaboration with global teams and technology partners to implement enhancements, and providing subject-matter expertise to clients while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Requires knowledge of corporate actions lifecycles, SWIFT MT56x messaging, data analytics tools, and excellent communication skills; offers opportunities to support ancillary services and contribute to risk mitigation and operational excellence. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
