Job Summary
Submit endorsement requests to carriers, follow up on completion, and process approved changes including invoicing and delivery. Review policies for coverage accuracy, maintain client records in agency management systems, and process audits to resolve discrepancies. Issue and track Certificates of Insurance, manage open subjectivities and inspection workflows via DocuSign, and pull loss runs to inform renewal strategy. Assist with accounts receivable tracking, process cancellations and reinstatements, and respond to client inquiries under senior direction. Maintain SLAs and service timelines while collaborating with Account Managers and Producers. Requires 2 years of commercial lines experience, an active P&C license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Epic.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens
- Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person
- Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, 10-key
- Walking, bending, sitting, reaching and stretching in all directions
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in commercial lines or property and casualty servicing preferred
- Active Property and Casualty license preferred
- Applied Epic experience preferred
- Knowledge of a similar Account Management System (AMS) acceptable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
