Job Summary
Guidepoint is seeking a Client Service Associate to recruit new experts, conduct targeted multi-source research, lead cold outreach and vetting conversations, and define sourcing strategies to support client projects. The role requires managing multiple fast-moving client requests with a hybrid work arrangement (three days in the office). Strong judgment, responsiveness, and the ability to execute across priorities are essential, along withBachelor’s degree (GPA 3.0+), internship/volunteer/ extracurricular experience, and proficiency with AI-enabled tools for research and client service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3.0 GPA or higher
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
- AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools to support research, organization, prioritization, and written communication
