Client Service Associate

Job Summary
Provides shared client service support to potentially multiple Financial Advisors, serving as the most frequent client contact within Merrill to address service needs. Educates clients on the bank’s service and banking offerings, ensures timeliness and accuracy of client materials, supports operational excellence and risk management, deepens client relationships through promoting banking offerings, and covers day-to-day team activities during absences or seasonal needs with a client-first mindset. The role requires partnering with Financial Advisors to align services with enterprise objectives, while maintaining adherence to bank policies and procedures and delivering high-quality client service in an in-office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a client servicing operations capacity or in the banking/ financial industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Desired)
- Knowledge of investment and banking products, policies and procedures
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and evolving job expectations
- Strong technological skills
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
